Introduction

This product is a sample loading buffer for nucleic acid sample electrophoresis， and its main function is to sediment the sample and indicate the electrophoresis process. Can be used for agarose gel electrophoresis and native acryloyl (Xylene Cyanol FF)， in 0.5%~1.5% agarose gel (0.5×TEB electrophoresis buffer)， the migration rates of bromophenol blue and xylene cyanide are comparable to about 300 bp and 4 kb double-stranded linear DNA， respectively. Molecules are similar， and their migration rates in polyacrylamide gels vary with the gel concentration.
